About the winery
Although the estate produced its first wines back in 1999, it was a group of friends who truly saw its great potential and dreamed up Quinta de la Quietud. A dream that, together with the current technical team, has been shaped and comes true every year through its wines. Originally it had 11 hectares of old vines. Between 2000 and 2004 another 11 hectares were planted. The rest of the land was set aside for the winery and to preserve the natural habitat.
