About the winery
A small winery that shares an open landscape with beautiful nature. Setting out on a walk from the winery brings pleasant emotions, visiting the first Cistercian abbey on the Iberian Peninsula and singular places such as La Estremecida. The winery has a capacity of 1,600 hectolitres in stainless steel tanks and in Allier and Missouri oak barrels. The winery makes and ages wine entirely from the grapes of its own Missouri vines.
