About the winery

Rivalia Bodegas y Viñedos is a family winery located in the town of Badarán, in Rioja Alta. The municipality of Badarán is known for the quality of its vines, thanks to its location, its climate and the suitability of its soils for growing grapes. The winery was founded in 1998 by the Martínez Prado brothers, heirs to the family winemaking tradition, the fruit of years of effort and hard work. Until then the brothers had mainly devoted themselves to other crops, with vines playing a lesser role.
