Rovellats
About the winery
Rovellats is a family project now in its third generation. Our family has passed down the secret of making its great wines and its love for its land, making wines and cavas from the grapes we harvest on our own land. The bottles, sheltered in our cellar located right beneath the 15th-century farmhouse, 12 metres deep and unique in the world for its original structure in the shape of a six-pointed star with a central rotunda, wait patiently until they reach their optimum point of maturity.
