About the winery
The cider house was founded in 1935 by Fructuoso Costales, after buying the land on which it stands from a family of local landowners he worked for. Initially a single building with barrels was built, with the apple store in its loft, and several extensions were added later. Since then, three successive generations have managed the business, which is currently run by the fourth generation of the family. The company's name comes from the founder himself, who was known as “Frutos”.
