About the winery
It was at the beginning of the last century (around 1910) that the Rodríguez family began pressing cider for their own consumption and that of neighbours and friends. Little by little, given how well the cider was received, they began selling it to the chigres and bars of the region. The passing of generations brought them wisdom, and over the years they adapted it to the times, always seeking the best and most modern advances available to benefit the quality of the product.
