About the winery
Our wine belongs to one of the nine wine regions of Castilla-La Mancha: Tintoralba lies within the Almansa Designation of Origin. Our winery is located in a typical La Mancha village, Higueruela. It enjoys a perfect location for producing the best wine, at some 1,000 metres above sea level and barely 100 kilometres from the Mediterranean. The shallow, sandy-textured limestone soils produce excellent grapes. The climate is also right, with extreme temperatures in summer and winter.
