About the winery
In 2000, Josep Antoni Bonell and Josep Piñol joined forces to create the 1+1=3 winery, now called U MES U. Today the winery's aim is still to combine visions, hopes and efforts to make a varied selection of organic cavas and wines that reflect the unique character of the Alt Penedès vineyards.
