About the winery
In the Baja Montaña of Navarra, a territory marked by rugged terrain and little space for cultivation, various Garnacha vineyards were abandoned. Among the reasons for their abandonment were difficult access and low yields, something unsustainable for local farmers. And so Unsi was born: a winegrowing project that aims to recover mountain Garnacha vineyards to make quality wines with a unique character, showcasing a sometimes forgotten native variety.
