About the winery
Bodegas Vicente Apilánez Ruiz y dos más C.B. was founded in 1985 to make the wine from the family's 15 ha, but it ended up also bottling and selling its own wine. The father, Vicente, and his sons Juan Vicente and Javier carry on the grower tradition inherited from their ancestors. This traditional winery, with 1,200 m2 over its four floors, makes a sober, mainly young red wine, although it also produces crianzas in its 53 American oak barrels.
