About the winery
Founded in 1893, at the Viña La Guancha winery its owner, Carlos Pérez Pérez, combines tradition, research and technology in making his wines, which he sells under the Viña Zanata brand, already recognised both on and off the Islands. Our wine is known as ZANATA. The inspiration for this name came to us after the discovery in Tenerife of a stone on which this name was engraved in Berber script.
