About the winery
It was founded on 20 November 1955 by a group of farmers from Aldeanueva de Ebro. Months later, around February 1956, the first statutes were drawn up and construction of the winery began. Those founding members joined together with the aim of standing united against the few buyers of the time, who took advantage of the fragmented supply of the winegrowers of a small town.
