About the winery
At the heart of the estate stands our winery: stone buildings from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries where we make our wines in an almost artisanal way, allowing us to give them the attention they deserve to achieve high levels of quality. Within the walls of the old monastery our wines rest calmly in French oak barrels, where over time they become more refined, guaranteeing the expression of our terroir.
