About the winery
For us, organic farming began as a way to escape boredom, but always with the steadfast idea of making quality, healthy products. After more than 15 years farming our estates according to the principles of organic agriculture, we decided to take the step and start our project. And so, in 1998, Viñedos Ruiz Jiménez was founded, with the dream of producing our own wines from our own estates, controlling the whole process from vineyard to bottle.
