About the winery
We make our wines with care and dedication. After remodelling the old facilities of the Castrotierra de Valmadrigal cooperative, equipping them with a fermentation building, stainless steel, cooling equipment and a small stock of barrels, it moved fully into making quality wines, focusing on the Prieto Picudo and Albarín varieties. Without giving up rosés, it has successfully opened a path towards ageing its wines. Winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks, with controlled fermentation and following the technique known as “madreo”.
