About the winery
This 35-year-old vineyard has both native varieties such as Viura and Tempranillo and varieties that are experimental in Rioja such as Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. On stony alluvial soil with Quaternary quartzites, poor par excellence and reminiscent of the Bordeaux Médoc, the vine is forced to give its best, passing this on to the grapes.
