Built in 2002, the modern Pagos del Rey winery stands out in the landscape. The concrete of the façade and roofs protects the interiors from the sun. The reception and the production hall are built in a harmonious, continuous space without columns. On the upper floor, the social area has a large window offering a panoramic view of the vineyards. This design houses gleaming stainless steel tanks and the latest winemaking technologies. Its location in the small town of Olmedillo de Roa (Burgos) is no coincidence.
